Enclosure Options

* Powder coated (RAL7035 Oyster Grey), zinc primed enclosure.

* Maximum relative humidity: 95%, non-condensing.
* Designed for 3 Phase 400/415 VAC - Neutral is required.
* Maximum pump size - 5.5KW, larger available on request.
* The pressure / remote switch input has an LV source (240 VAC) and should not be used on float applications. other options are available to allow floats to be used.

The CB is a simple starter panel designed for DOL operation of small motors/pumps. In Auto, an external switched signal is required to start and stop the pump. A red indicator light on the panel is provided to show when the pump is at fault. Conventional DOL (Direct On Line) starting inflicts high inrush currents up to 8 times the full load current of the motor (stall or locked rotor current) causing voltage dips and also mechanical shock. If either of these could cause a problem, consider using a soft start panel. Most states and territories in Australia place limit on the maximum power consumed by a motor at start up. In general terms this equates to a maximum size of 4KW for some states/territories and 5.5KW in the rest.
